Plastic welder
Ultrasonic wave is a high technology of thermoplastic welder. All type of thermoplastics can be welded by ultrasonic wave without solvent, liquor or other additional agents. Its advantages are increase of productivity, decrease of price, high product quality and safety
Principle of welding plastic by ultrasonic wave is that ultrasonic generator creates a frequency of 20KHZ (or 15 KHZ), high frequency signal, through conversion system to become high frequency vibration. When welding plastic, friction of working surface and internal molecular increases heat of connection. When heat reaching to molten point of the spare part, connection will quickly melt and fill in gap in connection. When vibration stops, heat of spare welded piece will deceases and forms the joint.
