PRINCIPLES OF OPERATION
Rotational welding (orbital welding) is a welding method that uses frictional heat energy. During orbital friction welding, the upper workpiece rotates at a fixed speed and moves 360 degrees. Movement can generate heat energy, causing the weld of two plastic parts to reach the melting point. When the plastic begins to melt, the movement will stop and the welded parts of the two workpieces will solidify and bond firmly together.
STRUCTURE OF ROTARY WELDING MACHINE
The main components of the ultrasonic welding system include the control box, motor, 1 set of molds (including the upper welding mold on the lower welding mold), and the chassis frame.
WELDING APPLICATIONS:
Rotating welding machines are used to weld the following products:
– Light bulbs, plastic tubes, cups and other plastic blanks
– Suitable for round workpieces that are difficult to weld with ultrasonic waves
